10th November 2022: Montis Group, the Archax subsidiary focussed on building digitally native post-trade infrastructure, has today announced the expansion of its senior management, adding Padmini Krishnan and Alanbek Yussupov to the team.

Padmini Krishnan joins as Regulations and Compliance Manager, responsible for securing the regulatory authorisations required by Montis, as well as compliance with all policies and procedures necessary to achieve this. Padmini has over 15 years’ experience in the regulated financial space. Including time at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, spanning operations and regulatory compliance and implementation. Padmini brings a depth of understanding of the regulatory landscape and its impacts on financial markets.

Alanbek Yussupov joins as Chief of Staff responsible for driving the digital CSD business activities forward and coordinating deliverables across multiple areas, including governance, operations, risk, finance, technology and authorisation applications. Formerly at Merrill Lynch, Alanbek has more than 15 years of experience in the regulated financial services space, including investment, retail and corporate banking, and wealth management. His most recent experience includes running change management and technology functions of a start-up bank, which became a systemically important financial institution in Europe under direct supervision of the European Central Bank.
